감 정 약 관
 
1. 과학감정서 (양자연대측정증명서)
1) 본 과학감정서는 상기 작품에 대한 과학적 분석결과에 따라 당 한국과학감정연구소가 보증한다.
2) 과학적 분석방법으로 양자연대측정기를 이용하여 연대측정을 수행하며, 이를 통해 작품의 제작시기를 확인한다.
3) 과학감정서의 보증기한은 발행일로부터 5년으로 한다.
4) 과학감정서를 보증기한 내에 분실한 경우, 과학감정서의 재발급은 불가능하며, 신규로 작품의 과학감정을 신청해야 한다. 단, 감정신청인 본인임이 입증된 경우에 한해, 감정을 받은 적이 있다는 사실 확인은 발급할 수 있다.
5) 본 과학감정서는 감정할 당시 의뢰한 작품 상태에 대한 감정결과이므로, 과학감정 이후 작품 상태의 변화에 대한 부분까지 포함하지 않는다.
6) 본 과학감정서는 의뢰인이 제출한 근거 서류 및 정보를 사실로 간주하여 작성되었으며, 이후 의뢰인이 제출한 서류에 오류가 있거나 혹은 거짓이 있을 경우 작품 의뢰인에게 그 판단의 책임이 있다.
7) 과학감정서 이외에 감정위원 개인, 직원 등이 구두나 글로 표현한 내용은 참고 내용일 뿐, 보증 내용으로 보지 않는다.
8) 위탁물의 작가명, 작품명은 위탁자의 소견을 기재한 것이므로 한국과학감정연구소의 책임이 없다.
 
2. 이의 제기
감정신청인은 다음 각 호의 조건을 만족시키는 경우, 감정 결과에 대해 이의를 제기할 수 있다.
1) 의뢰인은 과학감정서 발급일로부터 30일 이내에 한국과학감정연구소에 서면으로 불복사유를 적시하여 이의 제기를 신청해야 한다.
2) 신청인 이외의 제3자는 감정결과에 대하여 한국과학감정연구소에 이의 제기를 할 수 없다.
3) 의뢰인이 한국과학감정연구소의 과학감정서 내용에 대해 이의를 제기하고자 할 경우, 해당 과학감정서의 발급일자와 감정번호, 이의제기 등의 납득할 만한 근거를 서면으로 작성하여 본 연구소에 청구해야 한다.
4) 의뢰인의 과학감정서에 대하여 재 감정을 진행하는 것으로 결정한 경우, 감정의뢰 작품을 감정 당시와 동일한 상태로 한국과학감정연구소에 입고해야 한다. 또한, 과학감정서도 발급 당시와 동일한 상태로 한국과학감정연구소에 제출하여야 한다.
5) 과학감정서의 내용이 잘못된 것으로 밝혀지면 과학감정서를 회수하여 파기하고, 감정료를 환불한다.
 
3. 보증 책임의 한계
1) 한국과학감정연구소 감정결과가 감정위원의 담합 등 고의로 조작된 경우가 아니면 감정 결과에 대하여 의뢰인, 소유자 및 취득자에게 법률상의 책임을 지지 아니한다.
2) 당사의 보증책임은 의뢰자가 위원회에 실제로 지불한 금액의 범위를 초과하지 않는다.
 
4. 작품 보관
1) 의뢰인은 감정서 발급 2일 이내에 작품을 반출하여야 한다.
2) 감정을 위하여 반입된 작품은 위원회의 책임 아래 보관되며, 도난, 분실,손상이 있을 때에는 일반적인 관례에 따라 보상한다.
3) 감정을 신청해 접수·보관하고 있는 대상물이 압류 또는 가압류 된 때에 위원회는 의뢰인에게 계약해지를 통지하고 그 대상물 반환에 대한 책임을 면한다.
4) 의뢰인이 전항의 기간 내에 작품을 반출하지 아니한 경우에는 위원회는 2차에 걸쳐 연락하고 그래도 반출하지 아니한 때에는 경매에 부치거나 폐기할 수 있다.

Appraisal Terms of Service
 
1. Scientific Appraisal Report(Quantum Dating Measurement Report)
1) This scientific appraisal report is guaranteed by the Korea Scientific Appraisal Institute of based on the scientific analysis results of the above work.
2) As a scientific analysis method, aging is performed using a quantum dating measurement device, and through this, the production timing of the work is confirmed.
3) The warranty period of the scientific appraisal is 5 years from the date of publication.
4) If the scientific appraisal report is lost within the guarantee period, it is impossible to reissue the scientific appraisal, and a new application for scientific appraisal of the work must be made. However, only if it is proved to be the applicant himself, confirmation that he has received an appraisal may be issued.
5) Since this scientific appraisal report is the result of an appraisal state of the work requested at the time of the appraisal, it does not include the part of the change in the state of the work after the scientific appraisal.
6) This scientific appraisal report was prepared by considering the evidence and information submitted by the client to be true, and the client of the work is responsible for determining if there are errors or false documents submitted by the client.
7) In addition to the scientific appraisal report, the contents expressed verbally or in writing by individual members of the appraisal committee and employees are only for reference and are not considered as guarantees.
8) The name of the artist and work of the consignment is the opinion of the consignor, so the Korea Scientific Appraisal Institute is not responsible.
 
 
2. Appeal
An applicant for appraisal may raise an objection to the results of the appraisal if the following conditions are satisfied.
1) The client must file an objection with the Korea Scientific Appraisal Institute within 30 days from the date of issuance of the scientific appraisal, stating the grounds for objection in writing.
2) No third party other than the applicant may raise an objection to the Korea Scientific Appraisal Institute regarding the results of the appraisal.
3) If the client wishes to object to the contents of the scientific appraisal report of the Korea Scientific Appraisal Institute, he/she must file a written request with the institute with reasonable grounds such as the date of issuance of the scientific appraisal, the appraisal number, and the objection.
4) If it is decided to conduct a re-appraisal of the applicant's scientific appraisal report, the work requested for appraisal must be delivered to the Korea Scientific Appraisal Institute in the same condition as at the time of appraisal. In addition, the scientific appraisal report must be submitted to the Korea Scientific Appraisal Institute in the same condition as at the time of issuance.
5) If the contents of the scientific appraisal report are found to be incorrect, the scientific appraisal report will be retrieved and destroyed, and the appraisal fee will be refunded.
 
3. Limitation of Warranty Liability
1) The client, owner, and acquirer shall not be held legally liable for the appraisal results unless the appraisal results of the Korea Scientific Appraisal Institute are deliberately manipulated, such as collusion by the appraisal committee.
2) Our company's warranty liability does not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to the committee.
 
4. Keep of Works
1) The client must take out the work within 2 days of issuing the appraisal report.
2) Works brought in for appraisal are kept under the responsibility of the committee, and in the event of theft, loss, or damage, compensation will be made in accordance with general practices.
3) When an object that has been received and kept through an application for appraisal is seized or provisionally seized, the committee notifies the client of the termination of the contract and is relieved of responsibility for the return of the object.
4) If the client does not remove the work within the period specified in the preceding paragraph, the committee will contact the client twice, and if the subject matter is still not removed, it may be auctioned or disposed of.
