1. Sample Pretreatment (1–2 days): Removal of foreign substances from the sample and acid-base washing (such as the AAA washing method, etc.)
2. Sample combustion and graphitization (1 day): The sample is burned to produce carbon dioxide, after which it is converted into the form of graphite
3. Measurement with MICADAS equipment (minutes to several hours): Non-destructive AMS analysis after mounting on the target cassette
4. Data correction and calibration (minutes): Isotope correction and age calculation using dedicated analytical programs (such as BATS)
